Meet the Team
Andrew Jumbeck
Andrew oversees all aspects of the acquisition platform of Breakwall Investments which focuses on purchasing value-add properties throughout the Midwest, with an emphasis on Wisconsin and Illinois.
Prior to joining Breakwall , Andrew was the Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Four Mile Capital, where he contributed to the purchase of $100M in Multifamily properties throughout the Midwest and Southeastern US. He was responsible for sourcing opportunities, conducting financial analysis, due diligence, setting accretive business plans, closing transactions and ensuring the execution of each asset’s strategy.
Prior to joining Four Mile, Andrew was with MLG Capital, a real estate investment fund based in Milwaukee, WI, where he helped launch MLG’s joint venture acquisition strategy in 2014. Andrew participated in various roles of acquisitions, due diligence, investor reporting and asset management. After being promoted to Assistant Vice President, Andrew played a key role in the asset management of MLG’s portfolio totaling roughly 6,000 multifamily units and more than 3,000,000 square feet of commercial property.
Bill Fox
Bill Fox, a Senior Associate with Breakwall Investments, began his career analyzing multi-family financial data to identify operational deficiencies, recommend pricing strategies, and forecast expenses, with the primary objective of driving NOI. He is currently tasked with sourcing and underwriting multi-family investment opportunities and leads all aspects of the due diligence process. He is also heavily involved in asset management and the overall execution of the business plan for each acquisition. As a Marquette University Alum, he enjoys watching MU basketball and connecting with other industry professionals.
Rick Stoll
Rick Stoll began his career at a Milwaukee property management firm overseeing a fluctuating portfolio of more than (160) receivership and REO assets as well as a conventional commercial/multifamily portfolio exceeding 1.3M square feet. He later oversaw the firm’s business development working on property management and asset planning to expand the firm by 2,000 multifamily units and approximately $2M square feet of commercial property. Following his departure, Rick moved to a prominent national acquisition company and private real estate fund manager where he oversaw acquisitions in the sun belt, middle America and Wisconsin.
In addition to his acquisition experience, Rick oversaw the firm’s fundraising efforts pertaining to Family Offices, Registered Investment Advisors and Medical Professionals. During his time at the firm, Rick took part in three different funds, seeing fund growth from $50M to $250M of private investable capital. At Breakwall, Rick participates in the investment committee, fundraising efforts as well as drives post-acquisition asset strategy and business planning.
